Many people still use the slogan, “Leaders aren’t created. They are born.” However, this is misleading, because many people can learn to become a great leader with help.
Some people may have the natural charisma that makes others listen and follow them, but others can attain those qualities through mastering significant skills and hard work. And the best place to start the development of leadership qualities is in high school and college. So once students graduate, they can take them into the workforce and beyond.
