There are a number of ways you can measure success. And if social media followings, Google rankings and web traffic are measures then Talented Ladies Club became successful very quickly (and has continued to grow year-on-year).
But if you measure success in profit (and if you’re a business then you need to be measuring a significant part of your success on profit), then Talented Ladies Club didn’t become successful until fairly recently. And even then because of one significant change: we invested in our business.
