Six simple pick-me-ups for exhausting trips

Whether you’re going on a trip for business or pleasure, long-haul journeys can take their toll on your mental and physical health.

1) Coffee

One of the most common beverages that you may think of to give you a boost of energy is coffee. Not only is it rich in caffeine, but a cup of coffee can help you feel more focused and alert.

If you are feeling rundown but have things to do, a cup of joe can boost your physical performance, help burn fat, reduce your risk of cancer, as well as protect your body against free radicals that are within your body. 

2) Water

Staying hydrated during an exhausting trip is crucial for your body. With water representing up to 60% of your body weight, not drinking plenty of water can result in dehydration.
