Every office has at least one: someone who just loves the kind of cliched office talk that makes us cringe (or reminds us a little too much of David Brent).
From playing hardball and pushing the envelope, there are some expressions that just should never have been invented, let alone allowed to make it into acceptable office talk. And yet they were, and are being used still.
