Emma Cleary runs Ten2Two Sussex, a recruitment company specialising in flexible and part-time working.
Emma is a qualified, teacher by training and practice. Her career has spanned working for Hobsons Publishing (part of The Daily Mail and General Trust Company) and Dow Jones International (publishers of The Wall Street Journal, now owned by News Corp).
Her work for both publishing companies involved cross-selling through a variety of media products to multinational blue chip companies such as IBM, British Airways and Hewlett Packard.
In 2014 Emma launched Ten2Two Sussex with her friend Laurie Smith. Today she’s committed to developing the new business and brand in the Sussex area. This is a huge challenge and one which has meant that all past experience in the media world, as well as the fundraising and voluntary sector has come into play.
Always a high achieving sales and marketing executive, the challenge of developing a whole business with the support of the Ten2Two franchise in the Brighton area is a challenge that Emma is loving and beginning to see the rewards of the efforts of the past year.
Emma lives in Sussex with her husband and three children.
