Roxanne Hobbs (CPCC) is a certified coach who specialises in supporting women through the transition back to work after maternity leave. She also helps women move into management positions, and balance motherhood with work.
Roxanne worked in the media industry for twelve years, reaching Managing Partner level. Before having her two boys, she received her coaching accreditation from the internationally renowned Coaches Training Institute, which was the first organisation to be accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation).
Today, Roxanne uses her experience working at board level within the media industry to give her coaching a unique perspective. Driven by a deep-seated belief that business can be transformed by promoting gender equality, she offers a programme of personal and professional development, focussing on determining exactly what women want out of life, and supporting them to get there.
Roxanne lives in Hackney with her husband, two young boys and a crazy Puggle. Her current projects include setting up a Mums coaching group in Hackney, and being trained as a ‘Bump Buddy’ (a voluntary role providing partnerships for vulnerable, pregnant women in Hackney).
