Nadja Christin works as a personal chef and food therapist at her company Eatneon – a revolutionary business venture that combines private chef services and healthy cookery classes.
Originally from Berlin, Nadja lived in Ireland before moving to London almost 10 years ago. Nadja has always been interested in how to prevent colds and clear up skin by finding and eliminating the cause, rather than simply treating the symptoms. So, while working interior design, she studied diet and nutrition and took various courses on food psychology, self-healing and holistic alternative treatments.
Nadja’s first cookery services to help people boost their physical and mental wellbeing proved so popular she founded a personal chef service called Eatneon. And after trying and failing to find a healing meal cookery class that takes people’s uniqueness into consideration, she created her own which she now teaches.
Aside from cooking up a storm, Nadja loves Victorian history, taxidermy and painting.
