Emma is one of the founders of Women to Work, a company that supports women’s personal and professional development through coaching and mentoring – direct with individuals or through organisations.
Emma has a passion for supporting women to find the confidence and strength to make decisions that are right for them, helping them to feel empowered to live the life of their choosing. She loves working with organisations helping them to get the best out of their women, and designing programmes that develop and empower women but that also deliver improvements for all. Having experienced the benefits of coaching first hand she’s a huge believer in its power to transform both individuals and organisations.
Emma is a qualified coach and marketing professional. She has 1st Class BSc (hons) in Management Sciences (Loughborough University), a Post-Grad Diploma in Marketing (Nottingham Trent University) and a Masters Level Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring (Sheffield Hallam University).

After discovering her passion for empowering women was shared with Jenny Pollock in 2013 the initial ideas for Women to Work were created, soon followed by the full launch in 2014.
Emma has a gentle, empathetic and supportive approach that her clients appreciate and value, putting them at ease as she works with them to develop their personal and unique plan for the future. She works collaboratively with organisational clients designing programmes with coaching at the core that have a strategic fit and impact on both individuals and the organisation as a whole.
Emma balances her work with time with her family and regular performances with her vocal trio Tripliquette.
