Andrew has over 20 years’ experience working in partnership with a variety of clients to assist in the alignment of CVs, online presence and career coaching to ensure maximum exposure whilst clients transition into a new role. He is a psychometric practitioner who is able to focus clients on their individual behavioural patterns and ensure that there is a consistent approach across initial applications, interviews and the successful acceptance of a new job role.
Andrew and his team provide one-to-one personal consultations to fully identify transferable skills and core competencies. We support a variety of individuals from C-Level candidates, returners to work, military to civilian graduates etc. CVpal provide services for personal applications together with delivering large scale outplacement services to corporate businesses needing to restructure.
